Talya Sokoll is a school librarian outside of Boston where they have the joy and privilege of serving as the faculty advisor to both the LGBTQ and Jewish affinity groups. They have served on a number of award committees including the Stonewall award and the Sydney Taylor Book Award. Their free time is spent as a volunteer Mikveh guide.
